Commander Paul Kennedy Deputy Chief of Police

Commander Paul Kennedy is the Deputy to Chief Esserman. He is responsible for all operations within the Uniform and Investigative divisions and also assists Colonel Esserman in the administration of the entire department. Commander Kennedy is also responsible for diciplinary matters.
