The Record Bureau is open to the public on:
Monday from 9:30AM until 3:15PM.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00AM until 3:45PM.

Summer Hours begin July 1 and continue thru September 1.
Closing time during summer hours is at 3:15PM.

You may obtain a report in person or by mail. The address is:

Please give us the report number or other information so we may be able to find the report.

If you are requesting an accident or offense report, please send us a check for $1 (one dollar) made out to the Providence Police Department.

Sending a self-addressed stamped envelope will facilitate your request.
